TradeUp is not an open marketplace, it is a curated consignment program designed for established business sellers who manage assets responsibly in SAM while partnering with SVD to deliver high-quality auctions and reliable buyer experiences. Participation is limited to registered business entities (LLCs, corporations, or equivalent) to ensure clear accountability, compliance, and professional execution.

Before you get started, please confirm that you can:

• Stand behind the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of all listed assets, from listing through buyer removal
• Upload complete specifications and clear photos for each asset into SAM
• Be responsive to buyer questions during the auction process
• Regularly log into SAM to monitor activity, respond to requests, and manage removal scheduling

Next Steps

To qualify to become a TradeUp Consignment seller, you must create a SAM account. SAM is where you will manage your assets, track auction activity, communicate with buyers, and coordinate asset removal.
