Gary brings over 35 years of distinguished law enforcement service to his role as Senior Project Manager at SVD, where he applies his deep experience in complex problem-solving, leadership, and community engagement. Since joining SVD in 2019, Gary has successfully led more than fifty high-profile disposition projects across the United States. Known for his tactical precision and strategic oversight, Gary consistently delivers results on projects involving a wide range of assets—from advanced manufacturing equipment to research and development instruments and energy sector systems.
